Orders are typically processed within 2-3 days, and shipping takes 4-7 business days. Please allow up to 7-15 business days for international orders. 

Due to the current situation with Covid-19, orders may have additional delays. Over time these delays are slowly improving, but occasionally items will get stuck in customs. We apologize for any extended delays, we are working around the clock to get your orders sent out as fast as possible.



Can I track my order? Where is my tracking number?

Absolutely! We always want you in the loop. Tracking information will be sent to your email automatically once your order has been shipped.

Tracking information is available as soon as your order has been processed. You will get an email confirming shipment of your orders, this will contain the tracking number. If you did not receive any message from us after 7 days from purchase, please contact our support team at contact us page, or reply to your Order Confirmation email.



Package hasn't arrived after 3 weeks?

Our team is hard at work packaging a massive amount of individual orders on a daily basis. Please be advised that we are currently experiencing high demand causing slower processing times due to a lack of staff in the building (quarantine). Not to worry, our reduced team is on the clock overtime fulfilling shipments everyday! Please feel free to reach out to us via email with any questions, or track the status of your order here.
